For artwork and other collectibles: Provenance information, artist attributions, and period/era designations are provided based on available information and our good-faith assessment. We recommend independent authentication for significant purchases.
Manufacturer Warranty Disclaimer
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in an item's listing, products purchased from The Keen Curator should be assumed to have no manufacturer's warranty coverage. Most manufacturer warranties are non-transferable, require proof of purchase from an authorized dealer, or have time limitations that have expired for pre-owned items.
In certain cases, an item may be covered by a transferable manufacturer's warranty that remains valid for secondary-market purchases. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Keen Curator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the purchase, use, or inability to use any item purchased from this website, including but not limited to damages arising from claims that an item is not authentic, not original, or not as described.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the item in question.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns: The Keen Curator accepts returns for defective products only. If you receive an item that is materially different from its description or has a defect that was not disclosed in the listing, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a return.
Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges. Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of most items in our inventory, direct exchanges are not possible.
Third-Party Seller Policies: Some items on The Keen Curator are listed by independent sellers who operate their own businesses through our platform. These sellers may establish their own return and exchange policies that differ from ours. When purchasing from a third-party seller, please review any seller-specific policies noted in the listing or seller profile. The seller's stated policy, if any, will govern that transaction.
Refund Method: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
