How Reputation Works
Building trust through verified feedback
Our community relies on a "Verified Feedback" system. Reputation is earned through confirmed feedback, not purchased.
For Buyers
If you purchased an item from a seller, you can submit your feedback:
Visit the seller's profile page
Click the "Leave Feedback" button
Enter your name, email, the item, and transaction date
Confirm positive, neutral, or negative experience
Check your email and click the verification link
Once verified, the seller can confirm or deny the feedback. You'll be notified of their decision.
For Sellers
Your reputation score reflects your verified feedback:
Confirm legitimate feedback to update your score (+1, 0, or -1)
Deny claims you don't recognize (you must provide a reason)
Check your dashboard regularly for pending requests
Dispute Resolution
If a seller denies feedback you believe is valid:
You'll receive an email with the seller's reason
You can escalate to admin with proof (screenshots, photos)
Our team will review the evidence and make a final decision
False claims by buyers or false denials by sellers may result in account restrictions or a permanent ban from the platform.
